3. Description of Services

Mali Capital provides financial education programmes for adults, delivered in person at our Bangkok office and via online video sessions. Our programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or regulated financial services.

We encourage all Participants — particularly those enrolled in The Full Garland Programme — to consult a licensed financial advisor for decisions relating to their personal finances.

Programme availability is subject to scheduling and minimum group sizes. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a programme and will provide reasonable advance notice when doing so.

4. Enrolment and Programme Participation

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the applicable programme fee in full. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without payment.

Where a programme includes recorded sessions, Participants have access to recordings for the duration of the programme and for 90 days after its conclusion.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with educators and other group members. Disruptive conduct may result in removal from a programme without refund.

Mali Capital does not issue formal educational certificates. Participants receive materials, worksheets, and planning resources as described for each programme.
